We lost our puppy after being treated at this practice, and our experience was deeply disappointing. We were informed that the practice had limited experience with the small breed. The clinic does not provide continuous monitoring, and our small boy was left alone there for several hours on a bank holiday, without direct supervision or camera monitoring. We felt that our concerns were not adequately addressed, and some vets lacked the empathy we would have expected during such a difficult time. Owners of very small or vulnerable puppies may wish to carefully consider these factors when choosing veterinary care.
