  I find it easy to speak with the vets with any issues I have with our dogs. They are always informative, professional and give the best care to our dogs and puppies. We have built a good relationship with the practice, they understand us, we understand them.

  Phoned up and explained my concerns and was offered advice and an appointment the next day. Arrived and were seen by vet Clare who was very thorough giving my dog a good examination all over. Given medication and advice and was very reassuring. Very happy and impressed with the service we received.

  This is a very propfessional, dependable, friendly practice. The vets and the staff are always helpful and sympathetic. The plans that they offer to cover regular basic care, parasite treatment and vaccination are good value. The only reason to offer 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fees are very high - although this is likely typical of most practices which are now owned and run by larger veterinary companies. They are, however, very transparent about what the costs will be.

  It has taken me nearly a year to write this review as, to be honest, I’ve been beyond angry about the way I was treated by this practice and I’m not really the type of person that rants about something in a public forum. But the nasty woman that they have on reception is not someone that anyone should have to deal with. If you love your pet and want to be treated with dignity from your very first phone call, in my humble opinion, please find another vets.
