  I was absolutely blown away from the levels of customer service I received from the minute I made the first phone call. My gorgeous little pup Nelson needed some urgent teeth extractions. Dr Jilli was amazing and explained everything thoroughly. Nelson was taken care of so well and passed around for cuddles with all the staff during recovery. I even had a follow up Whatsapp text message the next day to check on Nelson which is so thoughtful. Such a lovely team and so happy I found this practice xx

  Signed up to Hello Vet due to positive reviews - not disappointed. Bongo was the calmest he's been with a Vet. The team were very attentive and informative. It felt less like a transaction and more like an experience where they genuinely cared about my dog.

  ⸻ It was very easy to book an appointment. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and welcoming. My dog felt comfortable and happy throughout the visit, which meant a lot to me. The vet consultation was very professional, and I really appreciated being involved in the decision-making process. I was also impressed with the follow-up message on WhatsApp two days later to check on my dog. Excellent service all around!

  Unfortunately I had to use the Hello Vet free WhatsApp contact method on Sunday afternoon. well all I can say is amazing, my message was responded to within a few minutes. I described my dogs problem and was recommended that a visit to the vet was needed. I phoned and had an appointment within 1 hour. On arrival my 14 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier was weighed and offered a treat by the young lady on reception. We were seen by vet Jilli who was amazing, my boy was thoroughly checked over heart rate etc etc. we explained the issue and she really put our minds at rest. My options were clearly explained to me and a course of action was decided on. we paid our bill, which I found very reasonable and returned home, much relieved . As this was the first time that we have used this practice, I will continue to use them. it's a pleasure to find a Vet surgery that is really interested in the wellbeing of the animal and not just trying to convice you to spend money needlessly. To my amazement, a follow up call and a treatment plan were emailed to me, also the promise of a follow up call in 5 days. Thank you all again so much
