  I came into Heathside vets with my uncle and his dog on 7th July. The receptionist was very polite, friendly and very very helpful. The vet we saw was very nice he was very thorough with his examination he explained step by step what he was doing, then he explained what treatment was needed and the outcome come without treatment. We was prescribed with medication and said the next 24 to 48 hours was critical. But overall I would give the vets 10 out of 10

  All the staff are wonderful, so polite and attentive. I usually see David or Thanos who are lovely. They look after my old boy and I trust them explicitly to know what is best for him. Probably not the cheapest practice in the area, but I'm happy with how they treat Beau so not going to change. I would recommend to anyone who cares about their pets.

  We had such a positive experience with this practice during what was a really stressful time for us and our cat. They were incredibly kind and managed to find space for a referral appointment very quickly, which we were so grateful for. From the moment we arrived, the team treated both us and our cat with real care and compassion. Our cat needed to have all of his teeth removed, which was quite overwhelming for us. The vet took the time to clearly explain the situation, talk us through the procedure, and make sure we understood how to care for him afterwards. That reassurance made a huge difference. Thanks to their expertise and kindness, he’s now doing so much better and back to his usual happy self! We’re so grateful for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Absolutely wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else. Tobias was amazing with both my cats. My boy has a tendency to hiss but didn’t murmur. Both had there vaccinations and checks with no fuss. We were very late due to traffic issues but honestly so accommodating. Thank you from myself, Sam, and Lily!

  I cannot recommend Heathside highly enough! Our dog is nine now and has had some significant issues over recent years which has meant a lot of visits to Heathside, at least one every month. All the staff are excellent, caring and compassionate, nothing is too much trouble and they are very accommodating, just this afternoon fitted us in at just an hours notice and treated our little girl who is now resting, but in a much better place than earlier. A special mention has to go to Alina who is our regular vet, friendly, clear explanations, real care and empathy, she makes the monthly visits so much easier for our little girl
