Number of issues. Including being called a lair with proof to the contrary. Raised concerns with lead vet and raised formal complaint with practice manger only to be ignored for over a month with chase emails.

We went to Harbour Vets emergency hospital a few Saturdays ago due to our 8 year old golden retriever passing blood in her poo and sick. I thought it was the beginning of the end. However the vet there, explained what he was going to do, plus what the next steps could be. After 3 days on antibiotics and prebiotics she became much better and back to her normal self. We are so happy and put full trust into our vets. Thank you Harbour Vets!
