Never really felt like they fully cared. The vet we saw often was quite rough with our cat and didn’t show much care or compassion. We were also turned away when we urgently needed assistance due to a lack of vet onsite during the week. Not sure how you this happens to be honest.

Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff, our pup is always happy to come here. I recommend healthy pet club to spread the cost of standard vaccinations. Pricey but which vet isn't.
