We have received the best care from all the vets and all the Staff here at the Berwick and Duns branches. They treat us and our dog, Frank, with such compassion, concern, the best knowledge/skills and patience. We will be forever grateful to them all.

Took our two cats for regular booster shot, which was carried out by Kirsty Morrison who was fantastic, not only an excellent vet but one of the nicest people I have met. The practice is very handy and we always tend to get an appointment when required, the staff are helpful. The only issue with me is that it is very expensive even to vets standards and with no other local alternatives they have you by the throat and let you know it! Which is such a shame as it would have been a full five star!

Visited for yearly booster for my 3 dogs. The vet & student vet were very thorough in their examination. My dogs were very nervous, but they were treated with dignity and respect. The vet was very knowledgeable and helpful with any queries discussed.

My kittens 2nd vaccinations went very smoothly. This was the first time I had taken them to the vets so was not sure how they would react but thanks goes to Nurse Fiona with her expertise and experiences on handling them, she had in fact given them their first vaccinations when they were with B.A.R.K. At all times she explained what she was doing and found them in good health much to my relief. The receptionist was helpful too, sorry, not sure of her name but talked me through the Pet Care plan for the kittens with Galedin Vets which will cover most small procedures like future vaccinations and any further advice we might require. All in all a great experience! Thank you.
