Last year I took Rica to Friars Moore when she collapsed on me when out walking. I thought she might have heat stroke although it was not a hot day in July. I got there just after 6 in the evening (out of hours time) and was informed that it would be a fee of £150. I agreed to this, what else could I do! On Examination, I would have expected the Vet to check Rica's heart and lungs with her stethoscope but she did not even remove it from around her neck. I was not impressed with the service and for them to expect me to pay that exorbitant fee for a less than satisfactory examination. When I challenged the practice manager later, she recommended that I found another veterinary practice. Not only did they lose my business but also the elderly lady that I look after that has 3 cats. their loss not mine.

Extremely helpful..... Have a nervous 46kg rottweiler that needs medication and handling with care when visiting vets... The 2 young nurses that dealt with me were amazing........ They made me feel at ease which helped my girl to be at ease they came out to car to give her some sleepy meds then took her into a dark room to drift off. I was updated on her progress, fantastic service
