Megan truly came to our rescue after my horse spooked, fell down a bank into a ditch and was unable to get out whilst we were on holiday in Norfolk for my daughters 18th birthday this weekend. From the moment Megan arrived she was calm, kind and compassionate. She not only took exceptional care of my horse but also helped my daughter and I stay as calm as possible during what was an extremely stressful and frightening situation. Megan worked alongside the fire service to safely rescue him and then returned to our accommodation after to thoroughly check him over. She stayed with us until she was completely satisfied that both my horse and I were ok before leaving. I sincerely hope no horse owner ever has to experience what we did, but if you ever find yourself in an emergency I cannot recommend this veterinary practice highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise and genuine care were outstanding and we will always be grateful for everything that Megan did for us that day. Thank you so much - my daughter will not forget her birthday in a hurry!

Whilst visiting Wells with my daughter’s pony - said pony managed to get his foot stuck in a five bar gate. Fakenham Farm and Equine vets was the emergency contact recommended by Mill Farm. Howard was with us within 10 minutes. He was so calm and professional and very reassuring. Thank you so much for leaving your family BBQ on a bank holiday and coming to our rescue. I have to also mention how refreshing it was to have a very reasonably priced bill - all very much appreciated.
