  Amazing practice. First met Rob in the autumn for an impromptu consultation whilst out for a walk. By Christmas my mind was made up to move to Estuary Vets at the first opportunity without upsetting my old vet. Now, after several months, I cannot recommend this independent practice more highly. Everyone is absolutely lovely including all the clients we have bumped into. They always make a huge fuss of my Labrador Bruce. Rob is so caring and thorough, you feel confident you're in the best hands. All the staff are superb ... Welcoming, friendly and caring. A superb modern practice that deserves to do well and build from strength to strength. Thank you all and looking forward to seeing you on a regular monthly basis.

  Fantastic our first time seeing the vet today absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Receptionist was fantastic talked through everything and rob the vet was fantastic very professional. Our dog Bramble was relaxed and very well looked after we were all put at ease. Best vets and such a difference to our old vets much better surroundings and service and so much less stressful for us all. A big thank you.

  We just wanted to say that we can't thank Rob and the whole team for how they have looked after and treated our cat Bailey. Rob picked up that Bailey had a thyroid issue when visiting for his yearly health check and jabs. Everything was handled professionally and quickly with all the treatment options explained. Bailey had to have an operation and the care has been exceptional. Over the years we have had experience of other vets and we can safely say we would highly recommend Estuary Vets.

  Many thanks to the Team who treated our dog Ralph following an accident at the weekend. Superb service in an emergency despite the fact that we are not registered clients as we were visiting the area. Ralph is feeling much better after a few days rest.

  A lovely calming welcome at reception. Easy parking and the best staff you could wish for at a practice. Rob is a fantastic vet and made space to get our emergency foster dog operated on within 24hrs of my call. Heather, Charlotte and Tracy all playing a part in Lea’s care. It is so nice to have access to a local independent practice - inc the out of hours Vale Surgery that also played a part in our care. Thanks to you all.
