Read on Google →Went in the register my dog and 2 kittens. Easy process and Rebecca was lovely. Ample parking, though only one accessible spot. Got kittens booked in for neutering a few days hence and have no qualms at all.
Read on Google →Visitor to Enniskillen, Black Labrador with tail tip injury, vet John was very calm and careful with his wound dressing and took time to explain the risk to the tail of non-healing. He redressed the wound after 3 days - his treatment was way better than the treatment we received once home again, but having watched John’s wound dressing care I could do it myself and everything has now healed after about 6 weeks
Read on Google →Came into the vets this morning with an extremely sick pup. I was met with complete ignorance by owner/partner Chris Welsh. I have a number of pets and support the local vets, he tackled me that "you can't ride two ponies" referring to the fact that I don't use his practice all the time. Well some of the reasons I don't are. Several years ago a dog had an injuries his leg which spent 4wks in Belfast. The dog came home to get leg bandaged every 3 days. The first bandage Chris put on was too tight, the dog was upset and when I rang Chris he told me the dog was spoilt and there was nothing wrong, the bandage was infact too tight and not properly put on. I later had a litter of pups vaccinated with this practice, the vet was rude, put down wrong breed on vet cards and then wrote down wrong date of birth. Later I had a pup with a hernia and got it operated on I was quoted a price and when I went to pay it was nearly double what I had been quoted my Chris and tbh incision was quite messy. Chris has always been ill mannered but this morning out did himself. He wonders why I did not go at 6am to his practice for a section with this dog, the answer plain and simple I could not handle the ignorance and rudeness of this practice in a stressful suitation. I am very upset and annoyed the way I was spoken to this morning, this man has zero manners and trust me will never again have to worry about me being a customer after this morning. He got paid this morning for his services and given and the level of rudeness and his inability to actually realise when he is at fault and throwing up an accident from 15yrs ago when my dog nearly lost a limb due to his negligence is beyond me. Other vet practices in town where you don't have to pay to be insulted or annoyed.😡😡😡😡 absolute joke Chris, leave your tantrums at the door in future.
Read on Google →I brought my dog to get spayed and was appalled with the treatment. Not only were they told time and time again about separation anxiety, I was not allowed to go in with her, and when picking up the dog, there was a man with his dog inside. Also, was left outside waiting for 10 minutes and not told anything, the dog was carried out to me with her head rolled back and legs limp, I thought she was dead. I was not prescribed any pain medication for her, and the next morning a lump formed around the wound, I have had to ring the brook vets to bring her in there. All in all, I would not recommend this vets to anybody, and would advise anyone who is inquiring about their services, to run far away from this business.
