I've taken a really long break from Dryfe due to an hour and a half move but have decided to return as I just don't think there is anywhere else that I feel my pets are taken care of to this level. When I asked for a transfer yesterday morning Wendy called my previous vets and had it sorted for me in less than 20 minutes and I had an appointment the next again day in the morning. The other vets (closer to my current home) was on week three of 'needing time' to process my registration. I saw Siobhan for my appointment for an ongoing undiagnosed condition that I have been reeling over for months now. I had a diagnosis and treatment plan within half an hour. Fantastic deductive reasoning and reassured me the worst case scenario should be bottom of my list at the moment and highly unlikely. Bundle of treatments assured the most cost effective and least stress for the dog alongside covering all bases and possibilities. It's the first time in a long time that I've not left a vets still feeling anxious about the problem and every question I asked was answered concisely. In previous years I've had a whole host of treatments that have been curative or put my mind at ease without pushing unnecessary medications on me. I even had a cat that went missing once and it ended up being handed into dryfe. I was away and it was a couple of days before I got back and they sorted out all his wounds, fed him up and housed him and I was charged absolute pennies for it. All staff at the vets are so kind and friendly and I have had the most peaceful day I've had in a long while. Thanks so much guys!!
