I was very pleased with how the staff at Heath Vets on Whitchurch Road looked after my cat. She had to have a dental procedure which includes a general anaesthetic. The staff were welcoming and explained what the procedure would involve and the steps they would take to ensure my cat was ready for it, comfortable during it and how she would be looked after afterwards. They also explained the potential issues that may arise during the procedure and ensured I understood and had the opportunity to ask any questions before releasing my cat to them. The staff kept me informed during the day and called me to inform me that my cat had successfully gone through the procedure and was recovering well. They understand that pet owners can be nervous. My cat was very chilled when I collected her and her aftercare was explained clearly. I would be happy taking either of my cats to Heath Vets again. Thank you.

This practice in Whitchurch road is excellent. Nothing but high praise for staff from reception to vets. we’ve seen Vet Sarah now a few times with my lovely boy A Labrador who may have allergies, she’s great . Takes her time to explain and go through options . She could teach actual people Doctors a thing or two how to speak and treat people let alone their animals . Thanks again Sarah

Always lovely to see Hannah for a health check for our x2 Minature dachshunds. She’s kind, caring and knows the dogs history (they’ve both had surgery for IVDD last year) so is sympathetic to their needs. Reception staff are great too, always polite over the phone when I call and accommodating when I make bookings for appointments. Thanks

We've always had such amazing help and treatment with our 2 cats for the past 5 years. The staff and the vets are all so caring and so lovely when they are examining either of my 2 cats. So professional but it's as tho they are treating their own animals and that is certainly saying such a lot. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thankyou all so very much. You are all a great example of your profession!! God Bless you All xxxx
