Been a customer at Daleside for many years and unfortunately I had to put my 13 year old Pug Zoe to sleep a couple of days ago. A massive thank you to Lauren who was absolutely fantastic, and made such a sad day into something peaceful. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Adrian- who not only looked after Zoe for many years, but he even had the decency to come in and say goodbye which meant so much to me and I know it would Zoe. They are a fantastic vet practice, and i cannot recommend all the staff enough!

Dog Acupuncture Treatment Our dog was loosing control of his back legs because of old age arthritis He’s been on heavy medication for 2 years. 12 hours after his first acupuncture he was running round the garden and we stopped his meds 4 days in. He still has his librella injection monthly but has no other tablets This was his last chance and for now it’s giving us extra time with him and a huge difference in his quality of life Alexa explained everything to us and was so lovely with Rinty and tailors the treatment to him which can be different each week

Daleside is excellent. Easy to get an appointment and receptionists are very helpful. It doesn’t operate like a corporate company trying to sell pet insurance. They are interested in your pet and make you feel at ease.

Fitted our dog in when she hurt herself on holiday, very much appreciated. Staff were all lovely and the vet was great with her - nice to see a vet who doesn't shy away based on her breed. One thing worth noting (if you have reactive dogs for sure) is that the waiting room is a bit tricky. In some seats dogs have to very closely pass others to get in/out of consult rooms (resulting in another dog very nearly grabbing ours, who was happily laying down 😬)
