  We recently moved our 14 year old nervous cat over to Creature Comforts. She has a chronic illness so it’s nice to have somewhere just down the road from us with such a knowledgable and friendly team. The practice itself is lovely and the cat waiting area, which is away from the dog waiting area, has been built with cats in mind. The team have been absolutely incredible from customer care to the vets and vet nurses (and I’m sure those all working behind the scenes too!) We saw Gemma who is very knowledgable and gentle and prioritised keeping Willow’s stress as low as possible. Her medication was available for collection the same day we requested it which was also great. Also a huge thank you to Jemma for helping us get signed up!
