  the most amazing vets we have been with! The clinic is always clean and is very spacious. The staff are so caring toward the pets and the owners of the pets as well. The app they have in place makes everything easier as well and the membership is also really great! you are definitely getting more than your moneys worth with the amazing service, generosity and care!

  I visited the clinic in Mill Hill with my cat Simba and we had such a great experience. This was my first visit here and the team were all so wonderful. They were all so kind, friendly and so compassionate. You could tell they all genuinely care so much about animals and the animal’s wellbeing comes first rather than just thinking about money. The clinic itself was lovely and so calming for my cat. They had separate areas for cats and dogs and plenty of treats. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a great vet in the area 💜

  Very lovely clinic & friendly staff - made Boba’s first trip to the vet very pleasant with a calm corner for nervous pets & freeze dried cat treats! Not to forget the cute little goody bag for our first visit. Definitely recommend & I love the ability to have a membership to stay on top of my cat’s health.

  We recently joined Creature Comforts in Mill Hill with our two sister kittens, Hidi and Viga, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve received. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The girls absolutely loved their doctor, which gave us so much comfort and confidence. The practice itself is beautiful, calm, and very welcoming. We were also really impressed with the excellent subscription offer available until the end of May, it made it easy to secure all the appointments and care the kittens need under one great plan. Thank you to the whole team for making us and our little girls feel so looked after. Highly recommended!💜🙏🏻
