  Recommended a 12 month flea injection (sou ded great), however, the vet completely failed to inform us of the side affects and also didn't inform us on what to do if the injection doesn't eork- which is doesn't!! We have rang up 3 times, taken the dog in there, and not one vet can tell us on how we flea our dog after been given the 12 month flea jab!!!! Absolutely fuming! Treating animals like guinea pigs! Their response is " we have had different types of feedback and we don't have the information on what to do if your animals don't respond well to the injection) they said they would have to contact the drug manufacturer to get this information! WHY on earth would you inject an animal without knowing everything about it first or even having any information to give to people. It's just ludicrous to push new drugs onto animals without giving full information. Fuming is an understatement.

  Although the practice in Seaton do not deal with emergencies the 14 year old Chihuahua that I was looking after for my son, away on holiday, became poorly and the vet Phillipa very promptly and kindly checked her over to alleviate my concerns. She seems fine now and many thanks for the speedy attention.
