Our cat was poorly recently and their care was excellent. It is so hard to know what is best for pets and I felt that Sarah listened to my concerns, thoroughly examined him and we made a plan together of what was best for him. When he deteriorated a few days later she saw him again promptly, and thankfully now he is back to his usual self. I did not feel pressured into paying for tests, investigations or medication. We had bloods taken on the second visit and results were very swift and he did not seem distressed from this. Very grateful to have had this positive experience, and would not hesitate to recommend your clinic to family & friends. Will continue to use Ely for our pets as it feels like a vets and not a business, which is how it should be.

Registered my Corgi in under 10 minutes from a walk-in, and got an appointment the very next day for jabs and routine care! Friendly+knowledgeable+helpful staff, easy parking, and smooth process. Couldn’t ask for more!

It is my understanding that this company has recently changed hands and that is why there are negative reviews. I would suggest the company start a new company page on google to avoid disheartened customers. I can't fault these, the only ones who could see our dog who later confirmed needed a amputation. The staff were very helpful - even assisted us in sourcing additional funding. Really happy with these and will continue to stay registered with them.

Took my dog when she was poorly whilst having been with CC for two years, sadly she had to be rushed to the emergency vet on the news she may pass away, the vet had no compassion, didn’t even say hello when entering the room, rude service and inconsiderate after she needed to “get off work”. My beloved friend was put down hours later. When I queried this at CC’s I was left for months with no correspondence. Then a first warning and second warning letter came on the same day. They then went on and put me to debt collectors agency for £150. Have obviously moved vets to Pet Doctors, Ely. Avoid.

Bridget and her team are compassionate, caring and dedicated to the support and health of their clients. Nothings too much trouble and everything is explained fully. Bridget made saying goodbye to our elderly, diabetic cat all the more bearable by creating a loving and dignified occasion, pain free and full of cuddles. Our newly rescued GSD is now free of her nasty digestive problems and adores all the veterinary staff who give lots of comfort and cuddles and in turn she happily washes their faces! A truly wonderful team who we cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.
