The nicest vet I have ever met. I recently took my frenchie girl, Coco to Clifton Villa vets and have never met such a lovely, welcoming and empathic vet. Pru Harvey, the Head Vetinerary Surgeon, I am just in awe of, she is so kind and so professional and I felt completely confident and safe in her care. My dog was looked after to the highest level of care by all her team at Truro and Newquay where my dog had her surgery. From every single one of all the super lovely ladies on reception in both Truro and Newquay , to both Ruth, Pru and all the lovely Vetinerary nurses, even the lovely lady who blew me a kiss when I was leaving my dog to be admitted, a massive thank you. You have a fantastic team here, Pru, I cannot thank you all enough. I came across from enduring a horrific experience at CVets, as you know, who treated me awfully and missed hugely important things that was wrong with my dog and I can honestly say, I would never use any other vets since coming here. Thank you so much to you all 🐾❤️xxx

After our vet Sam Pawson left we were devastated he is excellent and we were so worried nobody could be as good as him. But then pru came along. She is brilliant so knowledgeable and kind nothing is too much trouble. She gives you time and makes sure you have been heard. She knows my Indy is nervous and takes time with him All my anxiety of having a new vet has been taken away Would recommend pru in a heartbeat. And bobbi the receptionist is excellent too.

Thank you for the care and kindness my dog received today. The problem was placed in a social context, appropriate advice was given and an appropriate quantity of medication was issued. The advice given was helpful. Muy bien Dr Munoz-Cerrato y gracias.

We very sadly lost our little furry baby boy Dave, a Border Terrier, whilst on holiday just over 3 weeks ago. He was taken ill suddenly and we had to get him to the vets. The service and compassion we received from Clifton Villa vets at The Roseland getting us registered and booked in with an appointment in less than 2 hours, allowing time to get there, and then being seen almost straight away at Truro although we had never been there before was second to none. We had blood test results in less than 20 minutes and a scan the following day. Unfortunately we had to make the devastating decision to have him put to sleep but I can't thank the staff at both locations enough. Everyone we dealt with was kind, genuinely caring and looked after our little boy in his final hours. Thank you all so very much. Dave's mum and dad xxx

We were on holiday in Cornwall and our dog was taken seriously ill and needed some help. We called these guys and without having our dog registered there they saw us the same day and Bandit (our Border Collie) ended up on a anti-biotic drip for two days. Without their help we would have lost our dog. They were very professional, friendly and the costs were very fair. Thank you :) woof
