  We sought the help of the surgery for the first time recently when our dog was very poorly. We are relieved that both vets we consulted clearly had lots of experience and were also kind and patient with us and our dog. The proposed treatment plan and costs were explained to us throughout. All the staff made us feel welcomed and we would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

  We needed an emergency consultation for our cat. We were given a good explanation of the issues and treatment plan. The costs were fully explained, although they said it would depend on what was discovered during treatment. The whole process was handled sensitively and efficiently.
