I couldn’t be happier with this practice. After struggling to get answers for a complicated urinary issue with another vet, I transferred my cat Two Socks here for a second opinion. When your beloved pet is unwell your only priority is getting them better, whatever the cost, but when money is tight that can add an extra layer of worry at an already stressful time. Hannah and the rest of the team were amazing - they took the time to clearly explain everything, talked me through the plan going forward, and were upfront about costs from the start, which was reassuring. The level of care made it clear that Two Socks was in excellent hands. They also have a clear, printed price list, which is a huge plus. I’ll be transferring my other pets here too.

Fantastic veterinary practice. We switched our dogs over to Castle Vets after several poor experiences with our previous vet and couldn't be happier. Kind, caring, animal-loving staff who are very knowledgeable.

We needed their services whilst on holiday. They were great and fitted us in with very short notice. The cost for the consultation and meds was reasonable

Literally leaving my livestock without treatment! . Vets saw animals 1st time and treated them. I moved farm and vets came out again. No problem was going to write me farm plan. Asked for money which I paid then they said you're no longer a client here and refused to give farm plan that I paid for, No explanation whatsoever. I'm dislyxic so was taking notes they seemed friendly, nothing happened so was a shock when I was told this!. Knowing animals have infection you think ' animal professionals' would hand out medication and communicate what has happened and work towards a resolution not just leave someone without a vet and completely in the dark!! Everything seemed good and positive when the vets left, I'm totally bamboozled and saddened. Literally nothing happened so can't understand why...the vets seemed nice. When I asked why the response was we don't have to give a reason, I'm terminating the call.

I recently changed to Castle Vets for the care of my dogs, after having used the same vets for 26 years, and I have to say that it was definitely the right move. Every member of staff I have encountered has been absolutely lovely, and the veterinary care has been top-notch. Highly recommended.
