Have had all 3 of my dogs at this vet 2 are no longer here. We had everything from limb removal to euthanasia and everything in between. They are amazing vets and are incredibly beyond words in what they do. Kind compassionate and amazing staff. Always recommend to friends. Photo of the dog with the most issues who has outlived his healthier mates somehow. The great cone of shame 😂

The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful. The vet was great with my dog as she hates going to the vets ever since she was spayed.

Disappointed in the way my dog has been treated. With one of my dogs, he has had an (still unresolved) itch problem and they prescribed medication straight away (no other topical options provided at that time). Said medication potentially has v v concerning side effects. THIS WAS NOT FLAGGED TO ME AT THE TIME. Following review of my dogs condition a few weeks ago the vet recommended alternative topical treatments NOT given initially. Blood tests now show concerning results in my dog. I have now left the practice as trust has now been eradicated, and the explanation I got from Castle Vets re the topical options not being offered and the jump straight to prescriptions was verbatim that I am ‘in the minority in not wanting pills prescribed and caring about what is given to my dog.’ And that said pills go out the doors like ‘sweeties’. Will never darken the doors again, and will be DEVASTATED if my dog’s condition is irreversible due to the current practices of castle vets. AVOID AVOID AVOID FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR PETS. N.B. they have been taken over by a corporate veterinary business - IVC Evidensia - whose main focus is profit over all else. Do your research
