Our dog had a horrible time with an abscess whilst we were on holiday. We were able to easily get an emergency appointment and the team were incredibly welcoming, kind, caring and assiduous at following up with us. Special thanks to Hamish for the excellent care he took of our little dog and for liaising with our local vet on her swab results.

We've been with this vets for years. It would be 5 stars of not for a genuine mistake which was dealt with sensitively and compassionately. Our beloved border terrier of 14 years was put to sleep here, and we now have a new cockapoo in our family, and continue to use this vets. They are professional, caring and helpful.
