  Really gone downhill in caister since the Rollesby branch opened. Asked for manager to call over an issue and had to chase them 3 times. Finally got a call, was told I’d get a call back with a resolution but this never came. As a company they really have given up on customer service. Shame been using them for years.

  Shocking communication, shocking management, do not do things in the best interest of the pet…constantly say JUST come back if this doesn’t work (because we can all afford that). Wouldn’t even give a final account statement when the account was closed after our pet passed away. 0 stars, would never recommend.

  I just want to say a huge thank you for looking after Dina throughout her neutering op this week. From start to finish we were given valuable information on what would happen. Today the vet called to ask how Dina was doing which we thought was a lovely touch. It makes us feel so confident in their expertise. A special thank you to Isobel B who carried out the op and the amazing Eleanor veterinary nurse who looked after her from start to finish. Im sure there were others behind the scenes so thank you to them. An outstanding practice who we gave total faith in.

  Me and my family had to take our little fur baby to Caister Vets today to have lots of teeth out, I cannot praise them enough, they were really kind, caring and thoughtful which is so important to us. Thank you to everyone for your kindness today, Misha is doing really well 🤗🥰
