I would like to say a huge thank you to Mark, Darren and the nursing staff at this incredible hospital. In early May our Shadow was diagnosed with Sarcoma our hearts were broken. We were referred to Bridge by our vet and Darren carried out diagnostics I was kept informed and reassured throughout. We decided to proceed with the mandibulectomy surgery and I was terrified but Mark was open and honest about the procedure and the outcome and throughout surgery and hospital stay I was kept informed by Mark and the night staff. I collected my Shadow today and I had to look twice because Mark made a superb job of the surgery it is barely noticeable that Shadow had his jaw removed. The cost was great it is not cheap but nowhere near what I was expecting after researching the procedure. We cannot thank this team enough they are fantastic and how lucky we are to have all this on our doorstep. Thank you team bridge from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
Read on Google →Wow Amazing caring compassionate staff. We attended here with our miniature Dachshund COCO with a sudden onset of IVDD stage 2 and didn’t feel Rushed in the discussion of procedures, what was really reassuring was that coco went with the vet and didn’t look back she was completely comfortable in his arms. The communication and care before , during & after surgery were amazing. We would highly recommend.
Read on Google →We were referred to Bridge Referrals after our Border Terrier Penny sustained a major traumatic injury to her eye. Bridge Referrals were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They saw Penny immediately and operated on her within hours of her injury so were able to save her eye. All the staff from reception to nursing to medical staff were so empathetic and compassionate in what was an extremely stressful and upsetting situation for us all. The veterinary surgeon Sarah was wonderful and performed such amazing surgery on Penny that you would barely know that only two weeks ago she nearly lost her right eye. What an absolutely phenomenal practice! I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for Penny and our family!
Read on Google →I don't even know where to start, bridge referrals are absolutely outstanding, from the very first contact we felt supported, valued and listen to. During one of the most difficult times in our lives you were all there to offer options, reassurance and always a positive voice at the end of every phone call. Our Westie Archie presented with a large mass in his abdomen, after a CT scan you found it was on the right hand side of the liver, in a very tricky place, your incredible surgeons Mark and Becky explained our options and all risks involved, we knew if we didn't try surgery our Archie wouldn't have survived as eventually the mass would have taken his life due to the location and pressing against vital veins, we also knew that surgery was a huge risk due to the location of the mass and Archie's age (13). After proceeding with the surgery we were absolutely illated when we were told Archie had made it through the surgery, he stayed with you for 2 nights and the care both Archie and our family received was phenomenal, we would whole heartedly recommend you to anyone who needs specialist care for their dog/cat ❤️ Thankyou will just never be enough for what you have done for our family, the extra time you have enabled us to have with Archie is something we will be forever grateful for, Archie has never ever been 'just a dog' he is our whole world and a huge part of our family ❤️
Read on Google →We used Bridge Referrals for our lab’s TPLO surgery back in August, and this is the first time we’ve ever used their services. We have been absolutely blown away by the treatment given by all staff, from surgeon Jack’s care during the procedure itself, to the photo updates provided by RVN Faye, and the belly rubs given by VCA Janine while in the kennels (we know Nala would’ve lapped these up). I would recommend Bridge to absolutely anyone wanting to refer out of their usual practice for treatment.
