  I took our 2 kittens to Birchwood Vet's for their first vaccinations. All of the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Everything that I need to do over the next couple of months was explained thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble.

  Fantastic service for our beautiful little puppy Mabel. Have been with Willows fir three years now with our other dog Molly. Always a smile when visiting and find the monthly health plan is value for money.

  Booked an appointment for our cat to get his nails clipped, as he becomes very anxious and stressed, when we try, I usually end up with scratches on both arms trying to hold him from running. 6 to 8 weeks ago, we called in to get the same treatment, the nurse said don't worry, his nails aren't that bad, and didn't charge us the £15. Brilliant, but after calling in today, for exactly the same, the bill was £25.20. Mmmmmmm, change of vets I think, because when phoning back, just to check the price, the vet answered himself, and said that it's because of the other treatment he had. SORRY BUT JUST NAILS CUT TODAY ,I said. Yes the price is correct, £15 then changed his mind to £25.20. So it's farewell to you and your money grabbing company. Ive just phoned another vets and they said £15.00 nothing more, nothing less. Willows must be losing customers in their droves, and I'm one of them. GOOD LUCK anyone who keeps going to them, they just want your money.

  I would recommend Birchwood Vets without hesitation or reservation, the care they provided to our loving dog Bud and the support to myself was above and beyond - we have been with the practice a number of years and have nothing but kind words to say about every member of the team - if I could just convince you all to open a practice in Spain it would be perfect. Once again thanks for the support during what was an emotional time yesterday. x x

  They are very good and make our dog welcome. We have no problems in getting the required treatment, either regular such as vaccinations and tablets or treatment for illness. Would recommend them to anybody with a pet.
