    I have been a customer at this practice for many years. I have four small dogs and three cats. Their care from this practice has been brilliant. Recently, my toy poodle had a FCE and was paralysed for a few weeks, but with their care has made a full recovery. All my pets are on their Healthy Pet scheme and are seen regularly. I occasionally also have a litter of puppies and I am confident with their checks, vaccines and chipping. Their prices are extremely competitive and they are nearly always able to fit me into an appointment same day. A fantastic practice and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    Looked after my nervous cat for his preop checkup & neutering operation, gave great advice and was overall very friendly and helpful! All the members of staff were completely lovely :)

    Absolutely disgraceful vets, constantly finding ways of changing agreements to charge more, over charge for basic procedures, over charge for medications, constant agency vets that change everytime you go in Avoid if you think anything of your pets at all, vets for pets brighouse are much better

    Love this vets, couldnt recommend them enough. all 3 cats go and we’ve just got a puppy who has just started. that been said todays appointment with a ‘Jo’ was appalling, made my wife feel really uncomfortable and patronising. when the appointment was made we made sure they stocked her vaccination which they did and went in today to be told we had to do a complete restart. so that’s another 5 weeks we have to wait to take her out. Cheers Jo ✊✊
