Always very friendly and accommodating. They involve my rats in important conversations (not that they understand). Genuinely seem happy to see your pets too 😊

The care my dogs have received there has always been good and the nurses are very helpful. They used to do dog grooming which we utilised regularly and is a shame they have stopped offering this service. Unfortunately the receptionists in the Chepstow branch can be difficult and often verging on rude. If you can tolerate dealing with them then it’s a great service from the veterinary team. They are the only reason I would consider going elsewhere.
