I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the team at Telford for showing so much kindness, compassion and love for our baby Louis in his final weeks. They went over and above with consultations and advice which helped us so much when we needed it most. Thank you all once again. Highly recommend. Kind regards Barbara and Paul x

My poor puppy broke his foot and needed surgery, the team at Animal Trust at both Telford and Shrewsbury have been absolutely amazing throughout. The love & care they have all shown for my puppy has been exceptional, not only that they have been incredible at reassuring me and patient with all of my questions and phone calls during this stressful time. Communication has also been perfect, I called a few times after bringing my puppy home after surgery and everyone I've spoken to have reassured me and helped with everything I've been worried about. A special thank you to Jo in Telford for being there every step of the way & also a big thank you to the amazing surgeon Ed in Shrewsbury who did my pups surgery. And of course the rest of the team I've come across or who has looked after my poorly boy!

Today was our first time visiting Animal Trust in Telford and we were extremely impressed with the prompt service and support received from all the staff. The vet we saw took great care to be gentle with our dog and put us all at ease. She explained in detail, the medical issues, various options and financial costs. She completed a very thorough examination and took time to listen to our concerns. We have not received this level of service from other practices and will continue to use Animal Trust in the future. Highly recommend!

What an amazing vets from start to finish. I was dubious seeing the cheap prices or ease (this doesnt usually happen!) They have an online chat, which answers all questions (very rare), super helpful waiting area, with self check in machines, helpful receptionist and vets who explain everything. Lucky my cat was OK, but the vets made me (& my cat) feel that nothing was a problem. I will be registering and returning - thanks again!

I just want to say a big thank you to the receptionists in the morning and evening for being so friendly and helpful. Also, a huge thanks to the vet who looked after Max, you were so calm and reassuring, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. When I found out Max needed surgery, my regular vet in London gave me a quote that was honestly shocking. It made me really anxious, so I contacted 11 different vets across the country with all the info from Max’s vet. Most of them wanted me to bring him in for a consultation (which they’d charge for) and couldn’t give me any kind of estimate beforehand. Animal Trust stood out right away, they gave me one clear, affordable price that covered everything Max needed. I ended up driving over 3 hours from London to Telford, and I’d do it again without hesitation. It completely took the stress off my shoulders. As a pet owner, it sometimes feels like we’re taken advantage of because our animals can’t speak for themselves, and we don’t always know what’s best for them. Max is a rescue and he’s getting older now, so finding a team I could trust really meant a lot. Thank you, Animal Trust! I 100% recommend you.
