We've been going to Amwell for more than 9 years for our cat. We've always received the best care and service. Dale seems to have the magic touch and has always been very helpful.

I’m really concerned about the level of care a rabbit we recently adopted received at this practice. We were given his full medical history, with the most recent visit noted as November 2025. However, when he came into rescue he was clearly not in good condition, he had urine-stained, matted fur, overgrown nails, was overweight, and generally unwell. Despite this, the notes from this practice state that the vet, Paula Cimiano, had said everything was fine. We took him to our own vet for a check-up and they immediately found a lump in his bladder. An x-ray confirmed bladder stones. This is not something that develops overnight and should have been picked up during earlier appointments. This has left us very disappointed with the standard of care provided. The practice advertises “top quality” care, but based on our experience, this doesn’t feel accurate. I also received no response from the practice. I really hope the practice reviews its procedures, as no animal should be overlooked like this.

Such a sweet experience here. I brought in my new cat and had a million questions that were all answered. Margaret was very kind with helping me schedule appointments and fill me in on all the information I needed. This was my first time here and I highly recommend them. Elowen was very happy as well!

I have so much gratitude for Margaret and Dale. They put animals first. They have treated my two American cockers for 5 years now, my older dog has had two surgeries over the years with them and I feel so confident leaving them in their hands. I love a small family owned business, with super expertise and clear passion for animals. Forever thankful for them.

Thinking of getting a puppy? Register them with Margaret + Dale at the vet, and do the puppy classes with Joe. These are people are wonderful, really care, and will set you and your dog up for the best start you could hope for. 11/10!
