I wouldn’t be without the fantastic team at All Pets. They are the only vets on the island I trust to take BVA elbow and hip X-rays for scoring — no small task! They take exceptional care of my breeding girl and even put up with her “singing” pre-sedation 😉 The whole process was professional, structured, calm, efficient, compassionate and informative, with excellent aftercare advice. I received a clear quote beforehand, and the final cost came in lower than expected, which was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend! Zennor would have stayed longer to say thank you for taking care of her so well but she needed to get home for some lunch 🤤 🐕

We would like to thank Emily, Ruth and the entire team for their care, support, dedication and professionalism. The treatment our dog has received for her ears has been proactive. entirely successful and aimed at reducing possible infections in the future. The follow up care is excellent (thank you Emily for sending us consultation notes late in the evening at the end of a long day).

All Pets have been my family vet for many years and over the past 5 years have supported me through my pet ownership. Ruth, Emily and the team are simply the best on the island, from a lovely smile when you walk through the door, transparent pricing and a practical approach to any health issues I recommend them to anyone on the island. The pet health plan offers excellent value for money and provides a 6 monthly check up to provide reassurance and check in on any ongoing issues. The whole team have also been a fantastic support through some very tough health issues; each time their quick response and excellent care throughout have meant that my boys continue to have happy and healthy lives. Best practice on the island for your furry companions 5⭐️

This is a terrible vet if I could give zero stars I would. Our dog died under their care and I will never forgive myself for it. From the first few interactions they displayed a clear prejudice against our dogs breed - my husband said we should change vets and I wish I had listened. Or dog was 11 years old and in good health. While we were away out she had a vestibular disturbance - commonly known as old dog vestibular syndrome (nb this is fairly common). The vet did not diagnose this, she told us our dog had a brain tumor and that we should put her down. We called our previous vets (off island) relaying the symptoms described to us over the phone: ataxia (loss of limb control), rolling eyes, imbalance- based on that description the receptionist at our previous vet suggested it may be old dog vestibular, later confirmed by the practice vet as what he most suspected given the sudden onset. They advised we have her referred to a neurologist which we did which confirmed no brain tumor and the specialist confirmed a vestibular disturbance. Somewhere along the line of allpets course of care our dog was injured and her breathing became too difficult so we eventually had to have her euthanised. Allpets have tried to gas light us saying her presentation was not consistent with vestibular disturbance - hard to understand how our previous vets came to that conclusion based on our third party description of what was described to us… it’s very worrying how they are unwilling to scrutinise their own practice. I would think very very carefully about bringing a beloved pet into their practice.
