Fantastic. We can't pick just one as the whole team works brilliantly together. From beginning to end it is always a 1st Class service. What they did best was managing to operate safely and successfully on our precious 14.5 year old dog. She has lots going on and has lots of medication, she has kidney disease as well as high blood pressure. We were so worried that the operation might be too much for her but the preparation and procedures put into place for her were outstanding. Her recovery has been unbelievable and the wound is so neat and clean. We know that the whole team at Aldgate are responsible for us having Jess with us for hopefully a while longer yet. Thank you so much 😊 xx

Exceptional care and service from Aldgate as usual. Cannot fault them Millie Ralph was absolutely amazing for us Very welcoming and kind. Listen to what is concerning you and always give advice that you didn't know you needed which is very helpful. Payment is very easy and there is different ways of paying which is great. They know exactly what they are doing and are very professional but also just normal people willing to have a normal day to day chat. I've never had a negative experience with them and all my 5 pets are registered here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone is welcoming and friendly and recognised and calmed our dogs (we have been taking various dogs and one cat for the last twenty years or so and expected this on our last visit). Our present dog knows the routine, and though nervous, she does not make a fuss. The vet listened to us, checked the notes and gave useful advice. She treated her calmly and gently even when she decided on a policy of passive resistance, laying down and refusing to move. Injections and nose spray were quickly and competently given, not distressing our dog. We both felt on our visit it was all good, simple and straightforward! I am often at the practice either with our dog or picking up her meds. The front desk, I notice, is always attentive, and relate well with all clients It is difficult to say any one thing that stood out, as it was all good! Perhaps the friendliness and kindness

We have always been impressed by their expertise and professionalism ,and their kind and supportive help, and love of their work. The pussies have always been totally happy and relaxed there. I recommend them 100%. MLS.
