Read on Google →Brilliant experience. I took a cat there, and was seriously impressed by them. I was told the options , the likely outcomes, and what they felt was in the cats best interest. The receptionist was polite and friendly, both on the phone and in person. What more could you ask?
Read on Google →1st time i visited, my beautiful but elderly cats fur had become matted due to inability to groom properly. I saw a lovely lady who seemed kind, compassionate & knowledgeable. She put him under general anaesthetic n shaved the bits where it was needed. We spoke about his past dental problems. And it's to her I'm giving the 2*. But i didnt like the bloke (julian) on our 2nd visit. He seemed very cold and when he heard how old my cat was (15.5!) he just wanted me to put him to sleep...he took him to look at but was back out to speak to me within 1 minute. My cat had a dental abscess, and had lost weight not being able to eat properly. He wasnt sick, he just needed some help n i found it extremely upsetting. Edit**it's taken me 2 months to be able to write this update. I returned again hoping they would finally remove his tooth after he had responded well to antibiotics. But no, this female accomplice was obviously well in with "Julian" (pompous t**t) because she mentioned his prognosis several times. She questioned me about my cats behaviour and health, & seemed somewhat disappointed that he'd recovered. Why were they so desperate to kill my beloved little companion?? She gave him another antibiotic jab to "give me 2 weeks to decide what I wanted to do". Make him better, obviously, it ain't rocket science. By this time he was dangerously underweight but he still had his spirit. Over the nx few days his little body started shutting down from starvation. He slipped away as he laid next to me and I cried like a baby. I tried everything I could, I'd been liquidising catfood, giving high calorie treats, even feeding him from my fingers, but I couldn't remove his tooth myself!!! They killed my baby, a beautiful loving little soul who had NOTHING WRONG. He was a family member who was loved by us all. These are meant to be people who care about animals but they let him down so badly. So please go elsewhere, because I've not heard anything good about them so far. They were under a different name n seem to have "rebranded" themselves. Even animal welfare charity people have removed animals to another vet. Don't make the wrong choice for your pet like I did. I'm still devastated now and can't believe how it all went so badly wrong.
Read on Google →Thank you ALL for everything you did for us last week. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Yorkie boy, Taz. You showed us so much compassion in such a painful time.. Special thanks to Lesley on reception... You know what you did. Will never forget. You are a star. Thanks all again xx
Read on Google →I would like to Thank David and the staff for their great patience and support! Recently I had to make a traumatic and devastating decision. I was given all the facts and procedures. Then plenty of time to consider what I should do for my cat Marmalade. The best thing was to put him to sleep..... Needless to say he was nearly 17 years old. He had been my companion for all my adult life, I loved him to bits, I was devastated! I was shown great kindness by all involved. THANK YOU! I
