Rachel was the vet that came to us, and she was such a lovely caring and professional person. It was clear that she had read the records of the Horse concerned ,and having examined him concluded that it was indeed the time for him to be put to rest. Rachel explained every step of the procedure to my daughters who were obviously upset,but the manner in which it was done make things slightly easier. Thanks must go to Rachael for her empathetic manner in dealing not just with our loved pet,but with us all as a family.
