She is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We have been mis-diagnosed two times by Medivets before, but never with this practice. Dr Kasa can always diagnose what’s the problem and we can always fix whatever going on in just one vet visit. I cannot recommend her enough!! The bill is also much cheaper compared to other practices near the neighbourhood. They are welcoming, warm and very caring. I have a very elderly dog who was literally petrified of our last vet. The whole team at voo definitely made her feel calm, it’s a very relaxing environment and I highly recommend.
