Their service is always really thorough and considered. I don’t generally want to be visiting the vet at 2am, but when we have to, they’ve been great. If I’m at the vet at 2am, I’m generally pretty worried so they’re good at helping me keep things in perspective and explaining as best they can what they believe is going on for my dog. We took her to Cedar vets on the Friday when she had anti nausea jab, but remained unwell and gradually worsening on the Saturday, and after tests it was decided that she needed to stay in so she could be checked overnight (this is where vets now take over) and remain on a drip to hydrate her. Also to make sure she took the medication she needed, intravenously. The vets called us several times with updates and she was 'released' the next morning, looking much better, although a bit sulky that we hadn't come and got her sooner. Everyone was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The down side was the cost, which was a bit eye watering and so I am very grateful that Poppy is insured as I am not sure what we would have done if she wasn't. Even though there were complications during the procedure (mild seizure during sedation) they were prepared to deal with it and honest with me from start to finish. Highly recommend.
