I've been taking my dogs here since 2016 and even though I've moved a bit further away I still continue using them. Toby my spaniel received the best care with former vet Will after he swallowed a corn cob and needed major surgery. He is usually indifferent to men but loved on Will, clearly showing he and the team took great care of him. Every time I visit the reception staff are always so lovely and welcoming, they clearly care about their jobs and the animals. Always answer the phones, always try to accommodate for appointments (quick & pre scheduled). I just don't have a bad word to say about them. I can't recommend Townsend Bromsgrove enough. They were the only vets in Bromsgrove who could see us even though we said we thought she might not make it. She was old and ill and unfortunately had to be euthanised. The people at the vets were so understanding and caring. A few days later we received a card from them saying Sorry for our loss. It was handwritten so personal to us and it really meant a lot.
