Laura is incredible at her job. She takes some much time to understand the issues and tackle them one by one. She genuinely cares about Kobes and we really appreciate that. Carla & the reception team are also incredible, they remember you and your pet by name and cant do enough for you. Lastly the nurses are all great, Lauren really cared for Kobes when he was admitted like he was the only animal in her care. All staff are a credit, but a huge thank you especially to Laura for her knowledge, care and sincerity... Laura you make tough and emotional situations much better & you're a hero to us - thank you. My little Mickey is really complex so we always see Laura she is fantastic she goes out of her way for him and really understands his issues I can't praise her enough.
