My cat was diagnosed with gingivitis after many visity to the doctor and every single medic we had had limited knowledge about the course of action in this case. We were lucky that an intern told us that we have to extract the teeth, the doctors were absolutely useless. No post surgery checks or advice, no feel of urgency or responsibility, nothing. Everyone in that building looks like they are under a spell. Having the appointment at a fixed hour only to be taken 30-40 mins later. every single time. Been there for almost 4 years and no sign of improvement. All staff are so kind, friendly and efficient. Always able to get a quick last-minute appointment when our naughty dog eats something he shouldn’t (regularly), never a long waiting time in the surgery and always clean, informative and just really lovely. Always patient and soft with our dog even though he gets very nervous. Best vets in Liverpool would recommend to everyone!
