They are very personal the staff and actually care. They are are not there to try make extra sales. They have now dealt with a couple of emergencies for me. Without their prompt action yesterday for sure i would of lost my dog due to heat stroke. I cannot thank them enough. And they were so caring and understanding They sent me a card passing on their sympathy about Wilfred dying and they put some of his fur in a key ring for me. I also remember rushing Wilfred to the dales vets when he was bleeding from his mouth. I was really struggling with what was going on as I thought he was dying. The nurse and reception lady calmed me down while I was waiting for the vet. It landed up he had a bad tooth which was taken out. I had to smile when the nurse carried him out wrapped up purring I had to chuckle that he hated the vet and loved the nurse. Can’t say how grateful I am to have found such a great veterinary practice right on my doorstep. I rang up 5 minutes before they were due to close as my Chihuahua lost his bandage on his wound and they stayed open so I could come in and redress it for him.
