I’m just writing to say how grateful I’m for the care and compassion Hendrik gave my Timmy. In 30 yrs of having dogs I’ve never had a vet go the extra mile for one of my pets, Even to the point he came in to help my Timmy on his final journey, just before he was due to go on leave. So kind and empathetic. Hendrik (vet) was so lovely and calm, popping in to reassure us even though he was dealing with other booked patients. He was very busy but never made us feel like we should’ve gone somewhere else. The swapping of records so we could take Buster to his registered vet was very efficient and they talked us through the whole procedure, very clearly and calmly.
