Doug has been amazing with Stan from the very beginning, and you can genuinely see how much he cares about animals. His care, his patience, and the way he explains everything has always made me feel reassured. His prices are really reasonable, and they’re also brilliant with communication — messages are answered quickly, and even the insurance email were dealt with in just 6 days. My last vet took 6 weeks, so the difference is huge. Any time I get in touch, he replies within minutes, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His kindness and dedication really stand out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Doug was absolutely brilliant with Milo and super friendly as always (he previously did Milo’s surgery elsewhere).
