The reception staff is always very pleasant and also understanding. They will try and fit me in every time, even if it is on short notice. The nurses and vets are great. My pomeranian Leon has always been slightly difficult due to previous bad experiences at different establishments so to have the care and patience he requires is really nice to see and very much appreciated. Today was the second time I have visited, the first time was for a stray cat, today for own kitten. Both times we saw Naomi, and she was absolutely brilliant and did so much to help my kitten who is hopefully now on the mend ❤️‍🩹 I feel they went above & beyond rather than fobbing me off with expensive & unnecessary procedures. Wonderful to find an independent vet and I can see that all the staff really care about the animals they’re treating. I have long thought there is a need for a veterinary practice that puts pets before (obscene) profit, we are fortunate to have one. My dog Polo has been a couple of times and for years my moms been bringing her dogs, without doubt this small independent gives the best advice and treatments for our dogs. The receptionists are personal and really make you feel welcome, safe and the care the animals all get is outstanding.
