Sian has been amazing at coordinating things, while Elan is an über professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring vet. Our experience has been 20/10. Very sad the clinic is closing. The staff are so helpful and nice. My pup is in excellent safe hands and he loves going there as they all fuss him. Very professional and the app just makes life easy as you can choose which of their locations you want to go to. Also the subscription that you pay monthly is very beneficial as there are no massive charges hitting you in case of emergencies. When we arrived, the in-person team continued that same energy. They made both me and my dog feel completely welcome and at ease. You can really tell how much care, patience, and genuine love you have for the dogs in your space. What stood out most was how attentive and understanding everyone was, it didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all. It felt like you truly took the time to connect and make sure everything was right for my dog. We really appreciate the kindness and positive energy from both the online and in person teams.
