From 2000 we've had a couple of Labradors and still have one who is getting on a bit. Mr Amour has always provided the best care and kind personal attention, with a small practice you feel you get the best attention and all the staff all know you and your animal. In fact when they are dealing with you they give you the impression that you're their only customer. You cannot fault any of the staff who work on reception, they are always cheerful helpful and understand that owners and pets can be anxious when visiting the vet and put you at ease. Several have been working there many years so that says a lot about the ethos of the place. If your pet needs a Vet this is the place to go. Philippa was a pleasure to deal with and now 6 years on as I look for a surgery again I have great respect for what they did for my girl during her life.
