However the tube of canine toothpaste was badly bent in the middle, possibly damaged inside. I sent several clear photos to customer service. Received a reply from Connie, whose care and empathy were severely lacking. 'She wanted to know what my problem was... The tablets were ok, the toothpaste box was slightly squashed, but the toothpaste looks fine to use'. The point that when a customer purchases expensive products and is charged a hefty £6.99 for delivery, they might expect their goods to arrive in decent condition is clearly way over her head.
