A pity our cat, Moglie, turned into a lion when faced with bloods being taken! This issue was rectified in an appropriate manner and bloods were taken next day. I appreciated Malcolm's evening call the next evening to discuss Moglie's blood results. Jenny is great with him, always gentle in her manner and took time at the start to get him used to the environment and the treatment. He has come on so well during this time. I would definitely recommend her if your cat / dog requires this type of service.
