Exactly what she needed. Have been with these vets for a number of years since before they were taken over. Never had any issues before or now. Highly recommend for practical advice and genuine care of the animals. My only grumble was in the past i've felt one of the reception staff has not always been customer focused. Unfortunately one of our cats became quite unwell and needed to be taken to out of hours surgery which was at their wells branch. We had to take him there in the evening whilst he was quite poorly and it was quite a way from our home town. He became very stressed during the journey. We have since moved veterinary branches to one that could provide out of hours care in our home town so that the long journey would not be so stressful if we should need to take any of our cats in the future for emergency care. It has since proven to be a good move as we needed to get one of our cats emergency care quickly due to a road traffic accident. Had we stayed with nurture vets he probably wouldn’t have made it due to the long journey, because he was in a bad way. Time was of the essence.
