When it came to say goodbye to my 14 year old whippet, Elvis, at home sadly Elvis received a below par service, as a client I was mortified and deeply saddened at the experience. I gave feedback and was assured by the practice owner no other client would experience the passing of a dearly beloved pet again like me. Shortly after I receive a call to collect my dogs ashes, I do this and the receptionist hands the bag over the counter to me with no words at all. That was the final straw for me after giving feedback and hoping they learnt from an appalling un empathetic experience putting my beloved boy to sleep this was the final straw. Clearly this practice will take a lot of your money when your pets are alive but do not give an inch of care when they are passed. I gave ample opportunity before posting this to give feedback and training on empathy and the loss of pets, nothing clearly was learned.
