Michal was absolutely brilliant — he took the time to explain everything in detail and clearly outlined the different options for Mungo’s dental treatment, including the possible risks. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience really reassuring. I also found out afterwards that Michal performed a spay on my parents’ little dog a couple of weeks ago, and the incision is so neat you can barely even see it. Every member of the team is kind and helpful and when I had to have my much loved Chesapeake Bay Retriever put to sleep they gave me time with her in a little private garden to one side of the practice and she was put to sleep with me holding and talking to her. I was then given tine with her body to say my final goodbyes. Our pets are family and it hurts when we have to make decisions that are so right for our pet but difficult for us.
