Helen one of the vets was very helpful and explained the treatment and why it was neccessary. I was kept updated throughout the day and when we collected Buddy the following night saw an emergency come in and was impressed with the way it was dealt with, whilst also dealing with the distraught owners in a caring way. I felt reassured knowing that I could call anytime over the Christmas holiday and know that there would be help and advice should I need it. Great advice given and now we have to discuss our options and make a decision. All of which has to be beneficial for our pet and give her a better quality of life. Her joints are becoming stiff and less mobile. Advice around supplements and medication taken on board and a plan will be decided within our family. Thank you well worth visit and being checked.
